Queers with ADHD: Build executive functioning skills This five-week group therapy course provides practical solutions taught with therapeutic skills to accommodating executive functioning deficits. Group participants set goals in 7 areas, based on the Brown EF/A psychological assessment and each person's individual goals. Members check-in about goal progress and receive support and accountability throughout the week for completing long-avoided tasks.

Queer Yoga Build Your Home Practice: with Emerson Delacroix, LLP, RYT-200, MACP, and other queer folx for a 5-hour virtual course on building your home practice. The one hour class time will be decided as a group, of no more than 12, on a weekly basis. You will learn how to choose poses to meet your physical, mental, and emotional goals.
