I received my bachelor of arts in Communications - Public Relations and a minor in Psychology from Purdue University in 2003. After much lay counseling in Indiana and Tennessee I earned my master of arts in Counseling Psychology from Michigan Theological Seminary in 2010. I have practiced counseling at interSessions Psychological Services Clinic and Crossroads Counseling, PLLC before opening my own practice.
I provide individual and partners therapy to both adolescents and adults. I specialize in sexual abuse, trauma, sex addiction, LGBTQ and spiritual issues.
I am an avid reader and writer, love the water (swimming, kayaking, sailing). I'm a board member for hOur Exchange Ypsilanti time bank, a campaign manager and queer commune owner.
I prefer to do video-conference style counseling as it gives clients greater flexibility in scheduling appointments. I use the HIPAA compliant software, VSee.
